Simple Steps to Share Big Wins

5.1K people saw it109 likes2.9% engagedDec 2025

Show your big results to get attention, then give easy steps so readers can do the same.

The hook

Share big stats or wins you got. Tell the reader they can do it too if they stick with it.

Structure

Show your big wins -> Encourage the reader -> Give simple steps -> Share backup ideas -> Push them to start -> End with a fun note.

  1. Show Your Wins

List big numbers or results you got. Keep it brief to grab eyes.

  2. Encourage the Reader

Say you are not special. Tell them they can get the same results if they stay focused.

  3. Give the Steps

List simple tips they can follow. Use short bullet points and numbers.

  4. Help When Stuck

Give quick ideas to use on hard days so they never run out of things to say.

  5. Call to Action

Tell them to start today. Give them a simple first line they can copy.

  6. Personal Note

Add a quick fun fact about your life at the end to stay real.

Tone

Encouraging, direct, and easy to read.

Best for

Sharing how you reached a big goal so others can do it too.

The original post

This year I generated 42M impressions across LinkedIn + X. I started posting on LinkedIn in May and grew to 15K followers. At the same time, we scaled Chatbase to $8M ARR. And I’m telling you this for one reason: you can do it too. I’m not special or different than you. I’m just stubborn and I treat consistency like it’s non-negotiable. Here’s the playbook: 1) Pick one lane (for 30 days) Choose ONE topic you can help with: - marketing experiments - AI + workflows - building in public - product lessons - career lessons Consistency matters more than the topic. 2) Post 5x/week (even if it’s messy) Your goal isn’t perfection. It’s volume + learning. LinkedIn: 1 post/day X: 2–5 tweets/day or 1 thread 3) Use a simple structure Most posts can follow one of these: - Mistake → lesson → what to do instead - What worked → numbers → steps - Hot take → why → example - Before/after → what changed 4) Make it useful (not motivational) Every post should give at least one of: - a template - a checklist - a specific example - a “do this, not that” 5) Steal your own winners When a post hits: - rewrite it from a new angle - turn it into a thread - make a “part 2” One good idea can feed you for weeks. 6) Engage for 15 minutes/day Comment on 10 posts from people in your niche. Not “great post.” Add an example or a counterpoint. That’s how you get discovered fast. When you feel like you have nothing to post - a lesson you learned this week - a behind-the-scenes screenshot + what it means - a mistake you won’t repeat - a simple framework you use - a teardown of a landing page / ad / email You don’t need permission. You need reps. Start today with one post that begins: “I used to think ___, but now I think ___. Here’s why.” PS... This year I also climbed mountains. I loved it.
