The hook

Here is what every [Target Persona] in [Year/Context] needs. [Brief personal credibility statement regarding a recent major challenge or transition]. I'll break this down: [Routine 1], [Routine 2], and the [Tools/Systems] that make it all work.

Structure

Target persona call-out -> Time-stamped daily routines -> Digital software stack -> Physical gear/hardware -> Human support layer -> Empowering mindset reframe -> Community engagement prompt

Outline your key daily schedules (e.g., morning focus blocks and evening shutdown rituals) using specific timestamps and showing how work and personal responsibilities interlock.

  2. Digital Toolkit & Automation

Detail 3-4 software tools, AI workflows, or calendar rules you rely on. Explain the specific job each tool performs to reduce cognitive load and protect focus time.

  3. Physical Gear & Hardware

Highlight 1-2 essential physical items or hardware choices that enable your routine. Include honest trade-offs, buying advice, or how you multitask around hardware constraints.

  4. Mindset Shift & Community Call-to-Action

Briefly credit your underlying support network, deliver a memorable dynamic reframe (e.g., shifting from chaos to leverage), and end with a question inviting readers to share their setups.

Tone

Pragmatic, structured, empowering, and transparent.

The original post

Here is what every working mom in 2026 with newborn needs. I gave birth in January and went back to work April 1st. I'll break this down: morning routine, night routine, and the tech + hardware that makes it all work. My morning system: 5:30 AM: Wake, pump, feed, change (55 minutes total) 7:00 AM: Baby gym while I write LinkedIn posts 9:00 AM: Baby sleeps, I start deep work My night system: Every night I send Claude my next-day instructions. What to do, what to remind me, what needs revisiting. I also add what I've done that day, so Claude is literally my personal assistant. When I open my laptop in the morning, I know exactly where to start. Now the tech part: — Claude for workflows and daily organization: This is my everything. Claude knows every part of my work, what needs to be done, what needs to be revisited. I build myself check lists, reminders, integrations. Everything I do, Claude knows. For me this is super important because I can't forget things. Also in marketing you need to revisit and check all the time. Claude does that for me. — Calendar that syncs everywhere: Before, my calendar was 7am till 11pm open. Now I have windows. Morning windows, during the day, then evenings. I need to have my calendar open for the world since Chatbase operates worldwide and has customers around the globe. But having strict schedule is super important. — Time tracking app: Deep work, emails, social media posts. All of that has its time. Sending and checking emails should not take more than an hour. Deep work is always 3-4 hours. Social media posts no more than 45 minutes. Tracking this really helps. — Baby tracking app: OMG! I use this app so much I feel like they should sponsor me. When she eats, when she sleeps, how long she's awake. I just have everything in one place. Physical: — Good milk pump: When I gave birth I was breastfeeding. While getting back to work I decided to pump and make sure my partner is able to take care of the baby whenever. Here you need to invest money and it's good investment. I actually made mistake and did not buy pump that allows me to walk around. I need to sit. So my pumping sessions during the day are when I answer emails or do deep work when I sit and don't move around. — Baby gym (absolute lifesaver): The best thing ever. My baby loves it. During her wake up hours after she is fed and changed, she is here and she loves it. Also is super good for her. I'm lucky to have a partner who jumps in during working hours. This teamwork changes everything. Working moms in 2026 have tools previous generations didn't. Use them all. You're not surviving. You're systematic. All moms out there that are working, share with me your setup. What's your best working mom hack?
