The original post

I've been writing on LinkedIn for a year. Grew it to 18,000 followers. Here's everything I know, free to steal: - Pick 3 topics. Only 3. I write about Chatbase, marketing, and automation. That's it. People follow you because they know what they're getting. The moment you write about everything, you're an account about nothing. - Find one template and reuse it shamelessly. My best format: a list I've been tracking, one big number up top, two standouts with real stats, one lesson at the end. I've used it repeatedly. - Numbers in the first line. "I grew to 22,000 followers" beats "I want to share my growth journey." Specific numbers stop the scroll. Vague intros die in two seconds. - Short beats long. My best post ever was 60 words. My most overworked posts got 20x less reach. If you can cut a line, cut it. - Comments are half the game. Reply to every comment on your posts, especially in the first hour. Comment on other people's posts in your niche daily, real comments with an opinion, not "great post!" Half my followers found me in someone else's comment section. - Personal posts outperform professional ones. My birthday post beat my best tactical breakdown. Post the fail, the comeback, the behind-the-scenes. People follow people. - Give things away. Share the exact workflow, the exact prompt, the exact template. Content people can replicate gets saved, and saves tell the algorithm your post matters. That's the whole system. It works at any follower count, in any high-growth startup. Find your niche. Find your template. And write.
