The original post
Chatbase is hiring. And I want to tell you why that matters. Chatbase is now at $8M ARR, with 10,000+ customers, and 2026 is shaping up to be a very big year. But numbers aren’t why I’m writing this. I joined Chatbase in November 2024 with a simple (and slightly unhinged) goal: - make people talk about Chatbase. - Not just talk, actually love it. Of course we cared about MRR, ARR, growth, all of that. But the real mission was bigger: build something people genuinely enjoy using, trust, and recommend. I worked fully remote from Finland. The team was spread across the world. Yasser was in Canada. Different time zones, different cultures, zero excuses. And somehow… 2025 became a massive year for Chatbase. The company grew. The product evolved fast. Customer support started to look very different, in a best way possible. What surprised me most wasn’t the speed. It was the people. No endless meetings. No ego battles. Just ownership, urgency, and a lot of problem-solving energy. Right now, I’m on maternity leave. And even from the sidelines, I can see it clearly: the team is moving fast, and the momentum is real. That’s why I mean it when I say: 2026 will be huge for Chatbase. And yes, we’re hiring. We’re opening roles for people who want to build, not spectate: → Head of Growth → Founding Account Executives → SDRs If you want to help shape the future of customer support, If you like ownership over titles, If you care more about execution than slides, this might be your place. Chatbase became more than a job for me. It became a mission and a home. Application link are in the comments. Don’t miss this one.
