The original post
Today I am flying to Paris. Chatbase has 10,000 customers around the world and we want to share their stories. This is one of my favorite campaigns we have ever done and you will hear a lot more about it soon. The idea is simple. We build a tool for customer support and customer experience. So it is on us to actually show what it looks like to care about your customers. Not just say it. Do it. We are traveling the world to meet our customers in person. Film their stories. Understand their mission. Show the real people and real businesses behind the product. Paris is our first stop.
